Terms and conditions of the "Refer a friend" program
These conditions of the "Refer a friend" program (hereinafter referred to as the Conditions) are contractually binding between the Program Participant, the Recommended Candidate and CentralWork s.r.o.
1. Definition
1.1 For the purposes of this contract, the following terms are defined:
"Recommended candidate" means a natural person who does not appear in the database of CentralWork s.r.o., is looking for a new job and agrees with the recommendation.
"Participant of the program" means a natural person who is registered in the database of CentralWork s.r.o. at the time of recommendation. and provided contact information for the Recommended Candidate.
"Program" means the "Refer a Friend" program.
"Client" means a natural or legal person who is in a business relationship with CentralWork, s.r.o.
2. Validity of the program
2.1 The validity of this Program begins on 01.09.2014 and is valid until further notice by CentralWork s.r.o.
3. Program rules
3.1 The Program Participant must be registered in the CentralWork s.r.o. database at the time of providing information about the Recommended Candidate.
3.2 The participant of the program must provide the name, surname, e-mail and telephone number of the Recommended candidate who agrees with the recommendation via the form at www.centralwork.eu or via e-mail praha@centralwork.eu or via his superior or by phone at phone number +420 226 258 227.
3.3 At the time of recommendation by the Program Participant, the recommended candidate does not appear in the database of CentralWork s.r.o. Otherwise, the Program Participant will be informed of this fact by CentralWork s.r.o. and the Program Participant is not entitled to a reward in such a case.
3.4 If the Recommended Candidate successfully completes the selection process, he/she will start employment and:
a) works more than 500 hours as an employee of CentralWork, r.o., the Program Participant is entitled to a reward in the form of gift vouchers in the standard value of CZK 1,000.
b) or does not terminate the employment relationship during the trial period as an employee of the Client, the Program Participant is entitled to a reward in the form of gift vouchers in the value of CZK 2,000, CZK 5,000 or CZK 10,000 according to the conditions of the Refer a Friend program for the job position for which the Recommended candidate was hired by the Client. Unless otherwise stated on the website www.centralwork.eu, the amount of reward in relation to the position is defined as follows:
- administrative, lower technical positions – 2.000 CZK
- middle management – 5.000 CZK
- top management – 10.000 CZK
3.5 The entitlement to a reward according to these conditions does not arise if the criteria according to Article 3 of this contract are not met within 12 months from the date of recommendation of the Recommended Candidate.
4. Payment of remuneration
4.1 CentralWork s.r.o. is obliged to send a notification of entitlement to reward to the e-mail address of the Program Participant within 30 calendar days from the date of fulfilment of the conditions under this contract.
4.2 The reward will be handed over no sooner than the next day after the criteria according to this contract have been met, based on the identity verification of the Program Participant at the headquarters of CentralWork, s.r.o., ul. Třebohostická 3069/14, Prague 10. The Program Participant can collect the reward within 30 calendar days from the notification sent to the e-mail address that was provided in the registration form.
5. General
5.1 The company CentralWork, s.r.o. reserves the right to determine the type of gift vouchers.
5.2 The company CentralWork s.r.o. reserves the right to modify, supplement, change or cancel the "Refer a friend" event and its rules. The current conditions of the Refer a Friend program are on the website of CentralWork s.r.o.
